West Tyne Church Schools

 
We work very closely with our neighbouring Church Of England First Schools – Greenhead, Herdley Bank, Newbrough and Whitfield CE First Schools – collectively known as the West Tyne Church Schools. The children enjoy RE, French and Music lessons delivered by specialist staff. PE is also delivered by a specialist teacher from South Tynedale Middle School. The benefits to the children are many, both educationally and socially, and involve joining with some or all of the other schools for shared events, workshops, visits and theme days.
